Responsibilities of Addiction Therapists:

• Make a difference in patients' lives by helping them through their lowest and darkest points
• Empower patients to reclaim their lives and achieve optimal health and well-being

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients struggling with addiction, including those with a DUI charge.
• Provide evidence-based addiction treatment modalities, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with clients' families, medical professionals, and other community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build trust in therapeutic relationships.
• Provide education and counseling to clients on substance abuse, chemical dependency, process addiction, psychiatric illness, and treatment options.

 

Qualifications of Addiction Therapists in Maryland:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Licensed therapist in the state of Maryland (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other relevant licenses)
• Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and evidence-based practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional credentials or certifications, such as CADC, CSAC, CAC, LAC, LCDC, or CCMHC are desirable and may be considered.

Job Description:

All Day Medical Care clinic is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, and experience in the healthcare industry is preferred. As our bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, tracking expenses, processing payments, and preparing financial reports.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all expenses, invoices, and payments.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits.
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Generate financial reports monthly and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors.
• Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
