Mental Health Therapist - Job Description

All Day Family Care is a growing privately owned outpatient mental health office that provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional needs.
We are seeking to hire a well experienced, energetic full-time Mental Health Therapist to perform individual, group, and family counseling sessions. The Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Maryland and hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. The applicant also has to hold licensure for his or her profession (*LCPC, LCSW-C*) and be in good standing.
The practice is open Monday – Sunday daytime and evenings. You can essentially make your own schedule as long as you are available during our operating hours. See your clients and complete clinical notes using our EMR. Scheduling, billing, and other administrative duties will be completed for you.
Hours and caseloads are contingent upon referrals and therapist availability.
We provide short-term and long-term therapy. Therapy can be provided at our office or through Telehealth.
· Mental Health Therapist must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW-C) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
· Mental Health Therapist must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology
· Ability to become credentialed with major insurance companies
· Complete CAQH application
· Reliable transportation & internet connection
· You must successfully pass our Criminal Background screening
NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or if you require supervision to provide counseling services, you cannot be a provider at All Day Medical Care at this time.

Due to COVID-19 we are currently providing the option of secure Teletherapy for our clients. Therapists can provide therapy from their homes or can provide in-office therapy if the therapist and client choose to do so.
