All Day Family Care is a growing privately owned outpatient mental health office that provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics with a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional needs.

We are seeking to hire a well experienced, energetic full-time Mental Health Therapist to perform individual, group, and family counseling sessions. The Mental Health Therapist must be licensed in the state of Maryland and hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. The applicant also has to hold licensure for his or her profession (*LCPC, LCSW-C*) and be in good standing.

The practice is open Monday – Sunday daytime and evenings. You can essentially make your own schedule as long as you are available during our operating hours. See your clients and complete clinical notes using our EMR. Scheduling, billing, and other administrative duties will be completed for you.

Hours and caseloads are contingent upon referrals and therapist availability.

We provide short-term and long-term therapy. Therapy can be provided at our office or through Telehealth.


· Mental Health Therapist must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW-C) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
· Mental Health Therapist must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology
· Ability to become credentialed with major insurance companies
· Complete CAQH application
· Reliable transportation & internet connection
· You must successfully pass our Criminal Background screening

NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or if you require supervision to provide counseling services, you cannot be a provider at All Day Medical Care at this time.

HR Generalist 

Our mission is to deliver compassionate, personalized, and precise All-Day Medical Care across the lifespan for Medical and Behavioral Health services.

We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-time (which could lead to full-time) HR Generalist to run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department and report to the Practice Administrator, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring staff, enforcing company policies and practices, employee relations, and training and development.


  • Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters
  • Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
  • Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval, and initiating activities
  • Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality

Position Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Business or Human Resources

· 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist

· Healthcare experience preferred

Patient Care Coordinator

Manages clinic schedule to ensure efficient and expedient patient care for walk-in appointments, scheduled appointments, and potential customers.

· Uses Clinical system to maximize center efficiency by setting appointments, scheduling provider availability, scheduling center availability, updating patient information, physician information.

· Communicates effectively via telephone, e-mail, and postal mail with patients and potential customers. Works within a team environment with other members of the center staff to achieve goals established by Regional and Main office management.

· Maintains a clean, inviting, and friendly environment within the clinic for customers and potential customers.

· Maintains detailed and accurate records of cash and bank deposits, inventory, and call activity.

· Maintain basic knowledge of hearing instrument function and troubleshooting.

· Respond to medical records requests

· Compile referral list (include contact info for marketing)

· Process canceled appointments and no shows reports on a monthly basis

· Follow up with clients form the primary care side: ER, labs, referrals, and clients from the insurance list

· Follow up with Clients’ surveys

· Contract management: run reports which the contractor has sent patients. Contract those who have not to send in a while and find out what we can do to re-establish the relationship
