Genardra Pugh started her professional career as Rehabilitation Counselor with the state of MD for 5 ½ years. As a rehabilitation counselor, Genardra developed her skillset of building strong rapport with the community and clients, providing support, and facilitating client change and growth. Currently, Genardra is a board-approved licensed professional counselor (LCPC) through the state of Maryland.

Genardra has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from The George Washington University.
