Biography
Pilar Tompkins is mental health therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) with over 16 years of experience helping clients achieve wellness and personal growth. Originally from Spain and fluent in Spanish, she works extensively with Spanish and English-speaking individuals and families.
Pilar’s passion for counseling shines through in her dedicated, client-centered approach. She strives to create a warm, judgment-free environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt therapy, and mindfulness, Pilar develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
